For me, holiday is too short or the times changing is too short when on holiday. I’m speechless now. Holiday till we meet again! Tomorrow, and the day after, and so on are work days, except on Saturday and Sunday, of course. Back to school again and again. And I must wait until December for the next holiday!

Problem with IE 7 RunOnce

When I opened Internet Explorer version 7.0, it always navigate to url http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx. This url contain a page which used to set our IE settings preferences, such as: homepage, search engine default, etc.

The problem was arise because the page contain errors and as a result, we were fail to save our settings preferences. It makes IE will always navigate to url http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx when we opened it. For Me, it was a very, very disturbing feature from Microsoft, a weird and nasty feature.

Since I’m not comfortable with the IE first page, I tried to find the solution for the problem.

Apache 2.*, Php 5.* and Mysql 5.* Configuration

Yesterday, I got an SMS (Short Message Service) from one of my friends, who ask me how to configures apache web server that support php and mysql. Here is some important steps, that I summarize into simple explanation. Please notes, I’m using apache 2.*, php 5.* and mysql 5.*.

1. Firstly, download and install apache web server.
2. Download and install mysql 5.*.
3. Download php 5.*. I recommended php files that packaged into zip format.
4. Extract php files, and copy to some path in the hard disk on the computer. I.e.: C:\PHP.
